“After paying online, I printed directions to follow once off the ship. The issue was that the pier had various lines marked for passengers to get in such as "Reserved transportation", Taxi, etc. which were confusing. They also had passengers lined up according to the ship disembarked. The Royal Caribbean line was barely moving compared to the Carnival line. I was finally able to see the area that I needed to check in at and once I checked in, things became smoother.”

“I was impressed at how extra conscientious the driver and this organization was to getting me from my hotel to the cruise port. The driver sent me a message in advance of my trip, letting me know exactly what time he would be at my hotel for pickup. Then, I ended up having a last minute change in hotels and was worried we wouldn’t connect. I messaged my changed location and they willingly made the adjustment and picked me up without any hassles. I truly appreciate their flexibility in helping me get to my cruise ship.”

“The grandfather twisted his knee on the ramp off the boat. He needed and got a wheelchair. When we got to our Viaotr Van, our driver, Chris, was terrific. At the airport he located a Delta rep who organized a wheelchair to get us to the plane. Thanks Chris. It took a village that day and you were a part of it.”

“It was an amazing day, full of great experiences, the waterfalls, the wineries, the whisky tasting, the tour to the space needle. But most important we were very lucky having Slav as our guide. “4 stars only because the check in process for the first 7 a.m. shuttle was not organized. It was a mob around the man scanning your tickets and not a line. He turned away as he scanned the tickets of the person ahead of us and then scanned the tickets of others who arrived after us. By the time we got on the shuttle, there was only one seat left so we had to wait for the next shuttle. It took about 20 minutes for this shuttle to fill, so it was around 7:30 when we started down Alaskan Way. We still got to the airport around 8 a.m. and…”
