It made for such a unique experience in which I felt less like a tourist and was able to see it through the eyes of a local. The food was amazing, and I learned so much. At some of the stops you get to chat with and learn more about the entrepreneurs behind each eatery. From cheese to gelato to a Seattle Dog and truffle cream. Pretty much guaranteed to get a front row fish throw. Will, our chef guide, was knowledgeable and fun. He handled tough questions from our foodie group with a strong sense of humor. I couldn’t recommend Will or this tour more.”
