“Customer service was very responsive and beyond excellent, and it was a good way to get kids outdoors. They had fun. For us as experienced escape room players, ages 12-adult, the game had some sticking points and we had to use hints to solve more than I would’ve preferred, but it was fun for all. Many puzzles were a variation of number combination based, with the problem being that such puzzles have many different possible solutions so it felt more like landing on a randomly correct one than “solving” it. “Had a very hard time accessing the game. Of course I tried to use my Apple account as a short cut to setting up a new account in the new app I had to download. So it didn’t work. User error. All my fault so I’m the loser. Also time consuming and frustrating.”
