“So…the pick-up from hotel was late by 20mins with no communication from driver. We were scheduled to stop multiple times to see various sites, but these were mainly convenience stores. We arrived in Leavenworth at 1:07pm and were told to be back at the van at 3pm. This is unacceptable given we skipped the scheduled stops and we should have had more time in the town for lunch, shopping and site seeing. The driver only provided directional insights on the trip to Leavenworth and none very useful, definitely not a tour guide. The driver was completely silent on the trip back.
